Abstract- Biometrics deals with identification of individuals based on their characteristics. In traditional systems people use to remember passwords, PIN's, tokens for identification. But in recent years biometrics have gained a lot of popularity due to advancement in technology and the secure environment.Variety of biometrics have been developed in recent years such as fingerprint, iris, retinal. Ears are considered as the future of biometrics due to its properties of Universality, which means that every person should have it. Uniqueness, which indicates that no two persons should behave the same characteristic. Permanence, which means that this characteristic does not change over time. Collectability, which indicates that the characteristic can be measured quantitatively. Ears are comparatively large in size and hence are more visible and also their shape does not change radically over a period of time and so are their images easy to be captured.

Every year, floods cause billions of dollars worth of damages to life, crops, and property. Governments, therefore, are under pressure to develop reliable and accurate maps of flood risk areas and further plan for sustainable flood risk management focusing on prevention, protection, and preparedness. With a proper early flood warning system in place, decision-makers can take the necessary steps to prevent or at least mitigate the damage caused by floods. Although various flood prediction models exist, a majority of them fail to be fast, reliable, and detailed simultaneously. Such models are highly complex to model. The proposed system presents a novel hybrid flood prediction model using Long Short Term Memory(LSTM) for multivariate time series forecasting of water depth based on meteorological conditions and Height Above Nearest Drainage(HAND) to predict river stage in real-time and map the inundated areas for the corresponding water depth using enhanced HAND. Unlike traditional flood forecasting models, this hybrid approach is resource efficient and easy to implement making it highly practicable for real-time flood inundation mapping.

globe. Many countries including India are going through a second wave and still, no specific medication has been found to cure the disease. In
India, the cases continue to grow at an alarming rate and given its massive
population, it is practically impossible to check if each and every individual is
following the rules or not. Hence, in the proposed system, we have developed a
system that can detect whether people are following social distancing and
wearing face masks or not in images, videos and webcam feeds using Deep
Learning. The system can be used in CCTV cameras by the government officials
to keep an eye on the public and see to it that everyone follows the protocols.

Technology has added various feasibilities to protect as well as to monitor various locations.
CCTV surveillance is playing an important role. Protection of border areas and various
locations such as buildings, dams, power plants, defence land, airports is a challenging task.
Drones have also found suitable solutions for surveillance. Drones are also termed as
Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs).
UAVs help defence forces and local law enforcement by alerting them about potential threats.
These are mainly used to monitor places where being physically present is not possible due to
weather or altitude and where an aerial view can give an appropriate estimate of the situation.
UAVs collect hours of video and thousands of images. It is a long winding and tedious task to
manually view the data, and subsequently draw effective conclusions. Additionally, in many
cases, field experts have to process the data, so their expert eyes can detect anomalies.
Artificial intelligence to perform object detection will help to greatly improve the efficiency
of current processes. Moreover, to use a swarm of drones a certain amount of coordination is
needed among the operating UAVs. A swarm of drones capable of real-time object detection
can simplify tasks such as crowd monitoring, tracking/locating targets, and identification of
potential threats. An ad-hoc approach for the swarm will provide decision-making capabilities
to individual drones.

It has been an ancient dream of performing basic human activities like reading, listening, and imagining with the help of machines. However, with the advent of technologies over the last five decades, it has now become possible to accomplish this complex task of machine reading and converting it into speech. Deep Learning (DL) applications like Automatic Image Captioning are a method of generating a description for any particular image to understand the various objects of the image. Image Captioning involves various tasks like detection of objects, the environment around the object, the relationship between the objects and their environment, etc. Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is the technology that can be used to convert machine-printed or handwritten text i.e. numbers, letters, and symbols into computer format text. The machine-generated description can be converted into audio with the assistance of a Text-To-Speech Converter. This converter does the job of reading any text aloud either directly from the operator or in a very processed manner from the OCR. This project aims to create a system that will help someone with complete blindness or with impaired vision to read books, newspapers, letters, etc. The system would help in describing any available images in the document and thus convey both the article and the image to the listener in audio form and convey the information in the languages Hindi and English.

Description

Saving human life is the biggest form of service to mankind. However, the systems that exist lack in the number of technology implementations; be it utilization of Machine learning, reinforcement learning, tracking, and navigating the needy patient on a real-time basis in a secure manner. Focussing on a few of these technologies, we propose a system “Vardaan” which aims to ease out the process of providing organs to recipients in a more efficient way. The focus of the system is also on providing a green corridor, i.e., a demarcated, exclusive path created for an ambulance that allows recovered organs or organs intended for transplantation to reach the predestined hospital in a secure manner. Communication among the Police volunteers, ZTCC officials, and the Hospital is done manually, there is no centralized official medium for communication. Most of the general public over the route is unaware of the Green Corridor in advance, which makes it difficult for Police Coordinators to handle the situation. Around 100-150, Police Coordinators are required for one green corridor which can successfully be reduced if the communication among them is automated. Currently, there is no real-time tracking of the Ambulance carrying the organ present for the beneficiaries involved, which is much needed. All of these things can be done in a better way, with better accuracy, and without much manual effort with the help of an automated helping aid in the entire process of green corridor using Vardaan.

This makes the process tedious and taxing, thus inhibiting the enthusiasm of many and giving an impression of the process being esoteric.
Code to build DL models follows a standard structure which can be broadly classified into 4 categories. (Imports, Data Input, Model Creation and Evaluation). This core structure can be automated and a GUI tool can be made to ease the process of building deep learning solutions. Python being the preferred language for DL should be the primary focus and Keras and Pytorch being two widely used frameworks can initially be supported.

Hierarchical Multiple Criteria Decision Making (HMCDM) algorithm has been used and is applied to the preprocessed data resulting in a value which later is used to detect the influentiality. Description

In every election the election commission is facing a lot of troubles and different types of problems throughout the election. The most familiar issue faced by the election commission is inappropriate confirmation with respect to the arrangement of casting the votes, duplication or illegal casting of votes. In this paper, a secure and new voting system is developed to improve the existing voting system using smartcard and retinal images. In this voting system, the voter identity card is replaced by smart card in which all the details of the person is updated and retinal images from different angles are stored. Only the specified person can poll using their smart card. Here the smart card reader reads the smart card and the details of that person is displayed and the retinal images taken at every angle, and then if the iris pattern matches then the personcan poll. The person is allowed to poll once using this smart card. Once we vote, if we use a smart card again, it will give a beep sound which indicates that the person has already voted. Using Blockchain technology the system will be made more secure and free from any frauds. Basically, the system will eradicate dummy votes by use of smart cards.

Academic project reports can be very verbose and lengthy since they include comprehensive descriptions, diagrams, tables, charts, graphs, and illustrations. Such reports tend to be too long and detailed for quick assessment or perusal. The proposed system aims to generate a concise yet extractive summary of technical project reports. As each section of the report contains important details and contributes to a sequence, it must be summarized separately. To achieve this objective, the system accepts a multi-page document as input and performs section-wise segregation before processing the contents. The input allows for a PDF document to be uploaded and similarly, the output is also available to download in PDF format. It summarizes each section, retaining the topic structure of the original document in the resulting output. Additionally, the proposed system implements figure and caption extraction for respective sections and displays them at the relevant places in the output. Using the summary, a quick overview and assessment of the author’s work is possible.

In the traditional method of teaching, the instructor teaches the students how to draw a letter and guides them if they make any errors. This is where our solution ""Chala Shikuya : A Primary Aid for Learning"" bridge the gap between traditional and self-learning methods using AI where checking will be done by pretrained model. Our website serves as a platform for users to learn new languages and practice them on the canvas board provided in the web application. This website includes an icon-based and voice-based user interactive interface, a canvas board for language practice, sample instruction videos, and intuitive video tutorials. It is a self-learning tool in which users learn from simple video tutorials and then exercise it on the canvas board. The Convolutional Neural Network model will then examine the letter/digit drawn on the canvas board and provide results in the form of a voice-based feature.

Video surveillance cameras have been around for ages. Taking a step forward, a system is build which not only does the work of a surveillance camera but also helps us understand the behavioral and emotional aspects of a child. The research proposes a solution that aims to help the working parents of children between the ages of 4-12. Due to constant work commitments, some parents are forced to leave their children at home alone or with a caretaker. The objective of the research is to detect and recognize the day-to-day activities a child performs using the human activity recognition model. Emotions play relevant roles in social and daily life so after detecting the activity being performed, the aim is to detect the emotion expressed by the child with the help of emotional analysis using the facial expression recognition model. The model also analyses the data that is recorded in the system and also does the graphical analysis of the emotions expressed by the child. The research also includes a model to keep a check on the behavioral aspects of the caretaker/guardian present at home to prevent inappropriate behavior towards the child and also to protect the child from being a victim of child abuse or careless handling of harmful objects. The research also provides the dataset for child activity recognition and child abuse detection that can animate researchers interested in activity recognition and abuse detection for children. Random forest yields an accuracy of 91.27\% for activity recognition which is higher than the other experimented model. The proposed AbuseNet is superior to other Imagenet models with 98.20\% accuracy.
