Master of Computer Applications

The Department of MCA at Vivekanand Education Society’s Institute of Technology organized a session on “Evolution of NLP from ML to DL” under IQAC and IIC initiatives. The event featured an expert talk by Mr. Ganesh Parab, focusing on skill enhancement in emerging AI technologies. Scheduled on 10th April 2026, the session aimed to provide practical insights into modern NLP advancements.

He explained the various details of connection protocols of computer networks and its operation details.  The main focus was on the applications of Layers of OSI Model, its working details and data flow from one layer to another layer. He discussed important concepts and applications built on OSI Layer with respective Networking .

The Workshop Session was on Amazon AWS platform.Students were already informed to create a AWS account instruction where already mailed to them.Student performed Perform basic functions in Amazon EC2 to build a virtual computing environment

He explained the various details of the Operating system such as process ,PCD and some of the application features of the Operating system.  The main focus was on the applications and very basic implementation of Process and Threads.Also working details of process and threads in details. He discussed important concepts and applications depending on the working of the operating system with respective processes and threads .

The speaker explained about various health hazards which are observed by people living near cellular towers.He explained about the long lasting effects of radiations from various electronic devices. He then discussed the products which are used to nullify these radiation concerns.
