Description :
The speaker started with the introduction of what is AI, why it is used, where it can be used, advantages of it, AI in real world, what is one shot learning. The main focus was on AI model building and various algorithms. He showed videos on Arrhythmia detection, Speech to text, Wall coloring, MNIST data demo, ECG data in numeric form for predicting multiple ECG samples, HMM model for speech to text conversion and Sentiment Analysis, text detection through hand written images, YOLO version 2 for object detection in live fast speed movie (25 frames per second detection). He also explained the concept of Generative Adversarial network where real image and fake image are detected. As getting data is toughest challenge, speaker proved various links where data can be obtained for specific problems.Also speakers gave real demo on their laptop. Speakers then made the session interactive and user-friendly. The lecture concluded with a question and answer session. The speaker motivated the students on learning new trends and investing resources (in terms of time) to learn latest trends, beyond syllabus. The lecture was well received by the students.
